Engraving Service
Your Jacobijoux jewel is customizable through engraving, allowing you to add a name, date, or message onto the precious metal (service contingent upon technical limitations and space availability). Engraving, conducted by a skilled jeweler, is an optional service provided by your Jacobijoux store if requested at the time of purchase or within one month thereafter. For personalized engraving offered exclusively through e-commerce, requests must be made at the time of purchase and may not be available in physical stores.
Re-sizing Service
This service, available for bracelets, necklaces, chains, or rings, involves adjusting the size of the item within certain limitations while preserving its aesthetic, comfort, and quality.
