When purchasing any new Jacobijoux jewel, you’ll receive a digital authenticity card. It’s important to securely store this card as it confirms the purchase date and authenticity of your jewel, providing worldwide coverage for manufacturing defects for 2 years. Whenever you require service for your jewel, please bring the digital card along with the jewel to a Jacobijoux store. By scanning the QR code with your smartphone or the NFC code on the digital authenticity card, you can access detailed information about your jewel.

For online purchases of Jacobijoux jewels, the digital authenticity card will be activated through our E-Commerce Center and shipped with your jewel. If you purchased your jewel before the introduction of the digital authenticity card program, the paper certificate of authenticity remains valid, covering manufacturing defects worldwide for 2 years. However, it must be presented with the original proof of purchase to be valid.
